About

I’m James, I’m 25 and I’ve been gluten free now for 15 years.

After missing nearly half a year’s worth of school in my early teens from being constantly unwell, I was diagnosed with a wheat and gluten intolerance and suddenly I found myself unable to eat all of my favourite foods.

The gluten free food market has changed a lot in that time, and while today nearly every supermarket has a huge range of everything from cakes to ready meals, back then you were lucky to get even the basics (and they didn’t taste great either).

I realised that if I wanted good tasting, gluten free food I had to work out how to do it myself, and that actually I was quite good at making it. I think it’s about time I shared some of what I’ve learned over the years so here you’ll find all my favourite recipes, restaurants, products and anything else I find interesting.
